Butt Butter is a fast-growing company founded in 2023 with a simple mission: to take the mystery out of hemorrhoids (which affect 75% of the French population) and offer natural, organic and environmentally-friendly treatments.

Job summary

This position focuses on generating strong growth on the social network Instagram for Butt Butter. It combines experience in content creation, community management, ad management and influencer management to ensure growth objectives.

What will you do at Butt Butter?

During your first 6 months at Butt Butter, your objectives will be as follows:

Grow from 10 to 1,000 followers on Instagram (first 3 months): we've just created our Instagram account. Using a combination of content strategy, paid acquisition, influence and engagement, you will define and execute the acquisition strategy for our first 1,000 qualified followers.
Define the strategy to reach 10,000 followers: during the remainder of your internship you will implement a strategy to eventually surpass the 10,000 follower mark on Instagram.
Content creation on the Instagram account: you will work with the founders to define a relevant content strategy for Butt Butter. You will publish a minimum of 1 piece of content per week during your internship.
Managing Instagram ads: you'll work with an agency partner to manage ads on Meta (Instagram + Facebook). You'll help generate creative ideas for ads and increase ROI.
Run 1 influencer campaign per month: you will have a budget to run at least one influencer campaign per month. You will select and contact influencers to promote our products, and manage the campaigns, with a target return on investment (ROI) of 100%.

The profile we're looking for:

Higher education Master 1 or 2 type IEP, school of communication, business school or university equivalent - we are open to alternative profiles if entrepreneurial / creative experience.
Creative and autonomous
Good communication skills
Good command and rapid learning of digital tools (Canva, video editing, etc.).
