Refund policy

The return of your order is accepted, provided that your request for withdrawal is made within 14 days from the date of delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

To ensure a smooth return and refund, please strictly follow the procedure below (otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the refund):

1. Please write to us with your order number to inform us of your cancellation request. From this date, you have 14 days to return the products (shipping date).

2. Please ensure that all products are in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Any product that has been opened or damaged will not be refunded. 

3. Please include the order number and your first and last name in your parcel with the product(s) in question.
