Directions for use

Our Food Supplement:
- Each box contains 80 capsules. It is recommended to take 4 capsules per day, ideally 2 in the morning with breakfast and 2 in the evening with dinner, for a duration of 20 days.
- Use in people taking blood thinners is not recommended. For pregnant or breastfeeding women, seek medical advice. Do not use for more than 6 weeks without medical advice.
